Congratulations to Common Farms on launching the RE:FARM project on 22nd Oct, 2022 through the partnership with K11 MUSEA and Nespresso. Gravity appreciates Common Farms’ great effort in creating sustainable communities which is one of our three impact themes. To raise public awareness on sustainability, the Founder of Common Farms, Jessica shared the below video on facebook to promote their workshop in RE:FARM,
RE:FARM is a temporary experiential showcase that highlights the full circular journey of coffee – from capsule to cup to the dining table – all under one roof. RE:FARM will run from September 2022 to June 2023, where consumers can use their five senses to experience the journey of sustainability. The program is the result of a partnership between Common Farms, K11 MUSEA and Nespresso. As a local indoor agri-tech farm, Common Farms is mission-aligned with the sustainability initiatives of its partners, and it is committed to unlock the power of food to enhance the quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come. The RE:FARM project has been widely covered by a wide range of media outlets.

About Common Farms
Common Farms envision to revitalize the local food industry in Hong Kong. Currently, most of the F&B outlets rely on expensive imported produce from overseas while there is very few quality produce that could be sourced locally. Therefore, Common Farms aims to grow healthy, flavorful food that could serve the local community and regain the control of food supply.
